Will was talking to his mom. As you know we monitor phone calls because she is frequently inappropriate with them. Tonight was one such case.
Will said that Sarah (my daughter) was taking a nap. She said "why is she taking a nap at 7:00 at night?". Will said "well Gabby runs her ragged." (FWIW, Sarah was not sleeping, just in her room with Gabby). BM says "well that can't be true because if she did run her ragged, she (meaning Sarah) wouldn't be 700lbs."
Seriously? Seriously? This is a kid who is already socially inept and she's going to make fun of someone to him so he thinks that's OK to do? What the heck is wrong with her?
I didn't immediately end the call; part of me wanted to scream at her for being nasty about MY kid, but I controlled myself. At any rate, we're not allowing the kids to talk to her for a week, not to punish the kids, but to punish her.
(side note: Sarah is overweight but no where near 700lbs. Also, she's not as big as BM was when she was married to Neely, which Neely pointed out to her when he called her.)

Well, Sarah is too nosy for her own good, so she had to know what was going on. She was pissed but in the end she said "I can fix fat, she can't fix ugly." She's a smart, tough cookie!
