What's for dinner tonight? I just realized I forgot to take meat out again, but thankfully I have enough rice and chile left over.

Well, a beans and rice salad was the plan but I forgot to soak beans last night, and I'm also not sure if dh is up for it anymore. I made a pretty high protein chili on Monday and there are leftovers. He took some yesterday for lunch but today said he felt like his body needed a break so I may hold off on the beans and rice tonight too. I may, assuming it doesn't storm on us at dinner time, make tomorrow's meal instead - grilled beef franks, grilled zucchini and yellow squash and corn on the cob.

Dunno. I gorged myself on cinnamon rolls earlier so the thought of cooking makes me want to vomit. So, it might be a roll your own kind of night.
