I organized all of our legal pleadings last night. we had them in a folder, but it was exploding so I moved it to a binder.

Still much more paper to be produced, I'm sure.

Wow! And that's just the legal pleadings, not any extras? Craziness.

We have something similar (although we've stuck a lot of copies of emails and the like in there too, along with anything else we either have needed or might need eventually) and it's still in a folder (although it's getting to be an awfully snug folder). It's crazy how things start to pile up.

There are one or two letters to and from her attorney, but yes. Mostly pleadings. On the bottom in the folder is his old closed child support case and then copies of a few protective order cases that she has filed over the years. She tends to have the same problems with all of her ex-husbands. It's like the same allegations against every.single.one of them. I looked through the court docket of her first divorce (that Neely funded, interestingly enough - and he feels bad about it, too), and it's almost carbon copy of Neely's. Right down to her being found in contempt of court. Wash.Rinse.Repeat. *sigh*

OH yikes!!!!!

And I thought my immigration packet was bad. 3/4" from the initial packet, and then I added another 1.5 to it for yesterday.. and she kept 6 pages... talk about a waste of paper!

Working as a legal assistant for years has me anal about pleadings. These are even in reverse chronological order, meaning the most recent filings are on top. I can't help it.

LOL Yeah it's different when it's your own paperwork. Ours still fits in a folder.
