and a Motion for Sanctions. Answers to Interrogatories and our document request was due on the 24th. Nothing has been received yet and not one word from her attorney.

I prepared and mailed a letter today stating that they had 5 days to comply with the discovery requests or we would proceed with the motions. this should be interesting.

Also? Why have an attorney if you still can't do things on time?

What a pain. I'm a little surprised that you've gotten nada even with an attorney in the mix, but then again, we are dealing with W + C's bm. I hope that you get the responses ASAP!

Not surprised at all. I bet she's giving her attorney a hard time too. At my old job, still feels so odd saying that, we had so many clients that wanted us to do so much for them yet wouldn't cooperate with us.

Yeah, I'm sure she's not being very cooperative with him right now. I wouldn't be surprised if he's written her and/or called without response. Actually, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he terminated his representation of her soon.

She just moved into a new house that her BF bought, so that's all she's talking about. All the time. Every conversation she has with me, Neely or the kids is all about this house. It's more than a little obnoxious.

How frustrating! I agree that her lawyer is probably going to drop her if he hasn't already. That's what happened to my ex.

My ex's lawyer dropped him too. Apparently he kept calling for advice WAY after the divorce was final. He didn't think he should have to pay for any of the post divorce advice so he got dropped. I only know because the attorney petitioned the court to withdraw as counsel, and the court sent me a copy. I wouldn't be surprised if that happens in this case.
