So one of the problems we've always had with BM is her moving so much, not just across town she moves from Oklahoma, to Texas, to Wyoming and then back again, dragging the kids.
she's only moved once since Ethan Started school, thankfully I think she understands that you can't make him switch schools so much.
well Last year when she was pregnant she got busted selling her perscription Xanax, they have her on video doing it, but they waited til she had her son to arrest her (her mom is dispatcher I'm sure she's really proud) so then she finally had court this April and they gave her 5 years probation, she also can't leave the state of Wyoming, she had to get special permission to take the kids to Denver to meet DH..
well now she's telling DH she wants to move back to Texas, obviously DH wants this, he can see the kids a lot more, like every weekend he's home from work(she refuses to live in the same city as us because of me.. yes she is THAT childish) But I asked DH how she can move if she's probation for 5 years and can't leave the state....
I want the kids closer but I don't see her staying here for the next 5 years and never going back to Wyoming where all her family is and then god forbid she does something to get in trouble again and she gets sent away.. like how stupid can you be?!!!

This isn't really my field of law, but I would guess that with special permission and being set up with a probation officer over there it can be done. Shame she likes to move around so much.

You can move while on probation, you just have to transfer the probation to the jurisdiction that you're moving to. Not that hard.

I hope it works out that she moves and you all see the kids more!

I hope it works out. It would be great for your family to be all together more often!
