DH took the kids back yesterday, so unless BM moves here in the next few months, before winter hits up there, we won't see them again until next summer
Audrey was pretty upset watching them leave, she didn't understand why she was being left behind, she seems fine now though but the house is SOOO quiet without them running around.
It feels strange to readjust after longer periods of time. I hope your little one feels better!
I totally know the feeling, though. We just had my dsc for a week, then they went back for 4 days, came back for another weekend, went back for 4 days and then were with us for 8 more days. It *is* so quiet.
I know what you mean. When my boys are gone the house is eerie quiet. And Angelica will cry and call for the boys when we drop them off. It's heart breaking. I hope that they get moved soon so that you can see them more often.

I'm not looking forward to the first time Paige realizes she has to be here with us while her sisters all go away. As it is we are the custodial parents for the time being of all of them, but with Chloe gone all summer and Julie and Kaylee at their Dad's most weekends, it's going to be so boring for her!
But I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE that ahhhh feeling when I get it.
((hugs)) I notice how quiet it is when my girls are just gone for the day.... I'm not sure how I'm going to cope when my girls are older and I send them away for potentially 2 weeks at a time for school holidays with their Dad's!
