I pulled out some chicken strips to fry up. I'll probably make fries or mashed taters with it.

Whatever dh is making! I hope it's something good because this is the only night this week that we don't have things going on. This is our only time for a good meal.

We had a BBQ over the weekend and we have a few ears of corn leftover as well as some broccoli slaw and some potato salad. So I am cooking some burgers to go with it and that is what DH and the kids will eat.

I'm trying to be healthy so I will have a chicken breast, salad, and an ear of corn.

I 2nd Rachel. We have been home for a very short time today. We hit the drive thru on the way home. The short time Jonah and I were home, we forgot to take food out of the freezer and Sean had to stay after school for FFA so no one was home to thaw out supper. Oh well. Better luck tomorrow.
