We didn't spend a lot of time getting into the meat of our issues, but we talked about our goals and learned more about their program. Filled out a ton of forms, too.

I like the counselor. He's young, but I think everyone is young anymore. He's nice and Clayton and Will both seemed to like him. I'm think this is going to go well!

When I was in therapy, we spent the first session just basically talking. They like to get a feel for who you are and how you come across before they decide how to proceed.
