BM texted me yesterday. Told me that she forgot to send ss a card and gift on time for his birthday, but it was now in the mail.

I guess we should be patting her on the back that a week after ss's bday she is now acknowledging it right?

But seriously...she could have called on his birthday? She could have called and talked to him now! And since she does so little she should have at least remembered to send a card on time!

But whatever. I guess at least she is doing something!

Ugh! Really??? How can you forget your child birthday? Especially when you gave birth to him???

ugh.

I don't get how you can forget your kids birthday, barring any major event that might make you forget what day it is in general, or a medical condition.

DH's metal toxicity affects his memory. He can tell you that Reme's birthday is either the 29th or 27th of July of 2005, and guesses it right about 8/10 times. The source of confusion? His cousin's birthday is the other date, just not of 2005.

29th same day as Keelan Reme was calling him his birthday buddy in July. LOL.

I can't wrap my mind around most things this woman does. I wish she was on drugs, it would at least explain her behavior!
