girls are at home with me, school is going well so far!

They are here and all seem to be doing well. Will has some issues with test taking, but that's part of his IEP and he's working on it.

I have to say we had a really good Will day yesterday. He was sent to the guidance for calling another student "gay", but what he did was commendable before that. A girl was being picked on and Will came to her defense and tried to get the kids from being mean to her. It escalated to a name calling fest between Will and one of the students, but all in all we were proud that he didn't sit back and watch some kids being bullies.

Everything seems to be going good over here. Haven't had any complaints from his teacher yet. And he seems to really enjoy going to school. Dh is on his way to pick him up right now L works until 4:30 so until his daycare programs starts up, everyone rotates getting him.

Both of my kids are with me as always & doing great! Fortunately, they like school. Activities have started so we're very busy.

dsd has been back at home with her mom since early Aug. I assume she's doing good. We don't have a lot of communication with her when she isn't with us unfortunately.

Kids seem to be doing good so far. All are here for once, so it's an adjustment but now we can really know where dsd is academically. We never got to see her report cards. Her mom always "forgot" to send them.
