So DH thinks that me wanting another child is just a phase and will pass..he won't even consider my side.
I have my yearly exam on the 12th and I'm taking out my IUD.
Of course I'm going to tell him its out and that if he really does not want anymore kids its up to him to use protection.
Hopefully we can talk about more and he will come around.
I just really don't think its fair for Audrey to grow up like I did as an only child(I had older half siblings too but they didn't live with me and its just not the same thing as having a sibling live with you)
DH sees it as we'll have two kids. What he doesn't see is the 8-9 year age gap and the separate houses. I want two, at home.. in my house, somewhat close in age.
My DH also has the responsibility of birth control after a baby, and no snip snip until he reaches 40... he hates birth control, I hope we'll get lucky and end up pregnant when I wean future babe.
I hope you and your DH can come to an agreement!!

That is exactly how we ended up with Keelan! Good luck! I found that Neely didn't really want to be bothered with condoms, so he eventually just went with it.

That's how I felt about Daniel, but then we ended up with full custody of W&C. And of course we had Keelan much later, but yeah, I understand that. It's like raising an only child.
Funny how ti works that way huh Rachel? I wanted one more baby so we got pregnant with Ethan. Then boom, a few months into the pregnancy, Doni comes to live with us.

I've been working the budget to show where we can make some cuts and made a pros and cons list, I think since I plan to CD and BF(or try since ya never know how that can go) and make my own baby food that would help with the cost, also since I know now that buying every cute little outfit and shoes(Audrey never even wore the shoes I'd bought til she was walking) is pointless, I gave away way too many clothes she had never even wore, some still had tags on them(although a lot were given to me second hand) and I know that they don't need all that "stuff" right away we probably wouldn't be too bad off .
