Oh man that's a tough and scary situation. It's also a hard one to control. O hasn't been hurt or threatened, so you have no legal recourse that I can think of at the moment. It isn't a healthy situation, but she is trying to get him away from the environment. Maybe you can make her put it in writing that if he shows up again, she must vacate the apartment with O for the duration of time he is there?

Do her parents know the whole deal? They seem to really be invested in her recovery and relationship with O. I can't imagine them not offering their home to the two of them until Dec.

Thats what I said.

But at the game, I heard her tell her mom the roommate is so scared of the guy that she is begging BM to stay there and not leave her alone.

Her mom said, "well you still have time to decide if you want to stay, you're not moving until December."

She said, "Mom thats not the point. I dont need the drama, I have to do whats best for me. And for O."

I have heard her tell her mom how dangerous this guy is, and nothin. Unless they offered and she refused. But if they really thought he was in danger, they'd call Eric and try to get him to do something.
