DH talked to our old social worker today. She said that we will not get in trouble if we don't send them over because we are worried about safety. Because if something happens we can be charged with child endangerment and she also suggested that we go to court to suspend the visitation until further notice, So we are planning to do that as soon as we can afford it. And they won't be going back over there. Thats for sure.

Thanks ladies. Seeing as she is homeless, Jobless and had no phone or car I don't think the court will have a problem with doing it until she can prove she has a stable and safe enviroment for them to go over to. Because sleeping in the floor at her friends house isn't the place for them to be.
