Hi Ashley!
Our firstborn's nickname was "Oops" We were living in New Orleans at the time and enjoying the party life definitley not planning to start our family at that time. We were not very green while livng there either - we smoked even! We made a lot of changes as soon as we got pregnant with our Oops, who became Jack. Having a baby sure makes you think about the world they will have to live in and how you can make it better!

Hi!

I'm Susan, mommy to 11 month old Ben. We aren't the ideal green family but I'm slowly making changes. I don't cloth diaper. Frankly, because I hate laundry and don't want to have to do extra. That's really horrible of me I know! LOL! I use cloth grocery bags, recycle everything I can, I'm slowly switching to green cleaning products.

I combine errand runs to cut down on gas and pollution! Nothing is close enough to walk so we do have to drive. I'm am starting to buy some organic products. I'm also trying to get away from using paper towels and stuff like that.

For right now I have to draw the line at using cloth TP. I think it's cool if others do it but for me it kind of grosses me out. Maybe that will change.

Hi, I'm Ashlie; Wife to John and Green Mama to Kiely [4.5] and Jase [10.5m]. We recycle everything we can; we reuse what can't; we cloth diaper; I use cloth pads; we are switching to cloth napkins and reusable plates [we were big on using paper plates]; I use vinegar and essential oils to clean; homemade soaps; and more...I could go on and on. lol.

I'm glad to see this board!
