Does anyone use Castile Soap? There is a recipe on the website for dish washing detergent. I wonder how well it works.

My mom has always used pure castile soap. Always had a bar by the sink, for hands. I've never tried it for washing dishes.... although I did wash my hair with it when my hair was short

I've been wanting to make some, but the lye scares Chris.

I just bought Dr. Bronner's from Target. Love the almond scent. I use it for mopping, cleaning, and hand soap. It smells great and I'm thinking of using it when I make laundry detergent again.
