How much TV do you watch? Would you ever be able to cut that amount of time down?

I watch about 5-6 hours of TV daily. I probably would not be able to cut my down time but the TV is always on all day regardless if anyone is watching it. It just gets too quiet.

I had a really bad habit of having the TV on all day, so now if I'm not watching it, I try to make sure it's off.

About 3-4 hours a day. Probably not, that's how I unwind at night!

Since Cadie was born very little. I am down to one or two house a week. DH is watching much less than he used to, but still more than me. Especially now with olympics. We made a rule no random watching, only for specific things.

Probably about 6 hours a day. I too, like the background noise. And I have shows I love to watch, as well as the news.

I have started to turn my iPod on more and more though. Oh, and my TV has an energy star, and I can control how much energy its using to brighten the screen.

not much actually. Maybe 2 or 3 hours myself. It's DH and the kids who have it on ALL the time. It's been so nice today with everyone gone, because it's so quiet! I love it! lol Of course it's only been a little over 2 hours. I'll be begging for some noise by 3!

I watch way too much! Phoenix watches too much too. I intend to try to cut down, but as the T.V. shows come back on and are not reruns this fall, I'm not sure how well that'll work.

DH hardly watches it b/c he's not here most of the time. he works 2 1/2 hours away and works 10 plus hours

I watch way too much tv - I admit it.

I could easily cut down. When I'm home alone I often do not turn it on, unless a favourite show is on. When we're on vacation we hardly ever watch tv

I can admit that I watch WAY too much TV too. It keeps me entertained, especially after kids go to bed.

Our TV is on most of the day. I used to have a solar radio that I would use for background noise instead, but it was broken some time ago and I don't have a place to let one recharge anymore.

I'm trying to cut down but it's on alot. Kendall gets to watch a few hours a day. Then DH plays video games at night when the girls sleep. I watch a little right before bed to relax and catch up on my fav shows.
