I'm a special education teacher. I would say that no my work is not green. I just came home from a staff meeting and the amount of handouts we got (think probably an entire ream of paper worth each teacher) were just crazy.
We don't even have a recycling program at my school.
I am a school bus driver...not very green to start out with but we have half our fleet using biodesiel. We also have a recycling program in our office. Alot of us have also starting riding bikes to work, we even have a mini motorcylce club...kinda funny.
I finally got us to recycle at work last year (overall we do fairly good). We are a very far cry from being green though. I'd love to see us "green up" the workplace, but if it took me 5 years to get everyone to recycle their pop cans and paper I can't imagine how long it will take me to get them to stop using paper plates (I refuse to use them).
