I have a challenge for you ladies! Can we each think of one thing we're thankful for every day for a month? Let's keep this at the top.
Today I'm thankful for my family, both the ones connected by birth and marriage and the ones I've chosen to call family because of the bonds we share in belief, lifestyle, and/or circumstance.

I am thankful that I live in this great country and get to cast a vote for my political choices today. We always take all the kiddos so they can learn about the system, what voting looks like, etc. What a civics lesson. Despite different viewpoints, we all get a voice (even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes )

11/02-I am thankful for my parents, even though me and my Mom do not have a great relationship she loves my daughter and is willing to keep her while I am sick. My Dad also offered for me to move back in with them while Dh is at basic training (he leaves this month). They have helped me out way more than most parents would and I am forever greatful to them for that!
11/03- I am thankful for a full time job that also allows me to go to school and spend time with my daughter during the week.
11/04- I am thankful for good books that have helped me pass the time during this bowt of yucky sickness.
I'm thankful for such a great hubby. He got up extra early for work this morning and did my morning chores for me. It's such a nice treat to not have to go out in the cooler morning for me, he knows I don't like the cold. So that's what I'm thankful for today.

Hi everyone! I know this was just said, but it's so true for me lately, so I'll say it again- I'm SO thankful for my DH! He has been amazing the past few weeks!(well, always, but especially since C was born) He has been so patient, loving and tolerant. Not to mention his willingness to help with the boys, house work...just anything I need! I feel so blessed, knowing that not all husbands are this way.
It's late but it's still the 3rd!! Today I'm thankful for my job! I work for wonderful, generous people. Today a man gave us 2 huge steaks!! He said he just wouldn't eat them. I know he's just looking out for us! I cleaned 2 houses today and then had a youth rally at church so this is my first opportunity to get on!!!

Today I'm thankful for Just Mommies! It's great to have a place to meet new, like-minded friends that we can support, teach and learn from, sometimes agree to disagree and still know they are there when we want to discuss anything that's on our hearts and minds- green or not. Have a blessed day ladies! I'll be on tonight. I'm off to work!!!!

This morning I'm thankful for my kiddos. I was up milling about in the kitchen with the older girls (8 and 10), who were unloading the dishwasher. We were listening to the "littles" up in their room talking and playing together. It's such a sweet sound.

Today I am thankful for good health and a strong body. My allergies and occasional aches after working hard are nothing compared to what some people have to endure!

Today I am Thankful for Wennie!!! I love her so so so much! When I lost my baby (due to ectopic) in 2007 Hubby gave her to me . . . . and she has been my "baby" ever since! She really filled a place in my heart and in my life and I'm very thankful I have her

Today I am thankful for my children. I am so blessed to have 5 girls!! They are the best thing that ever happened to me! God knew that as a "people" person, I needed children who would remain close and connected even after they're married. I love the fact that we do almost everything together and have a bond that is beyond measure. My heart swells with pride when I see my daughters giving advice (good advice) and realize that they are mature, knowledgeable and caring! I learn so much from them and I can't wait to be all together again in less than 3 weeks!!!!!

It was getting so uncomfortable and downright unbearable! Even thought this morning we're freezing (because we're not use to it yet) and Dylan is wearing 3 pairs of socks! LOL I'm still thankful for cooler weather!
