Has anyone done this to their teeth? I took my dd to the dentist... they said she has 4 cavities. BLAH. So I decided to research to find natural solutions. I just don't want the dentist to put her under and give extensive dental care. I just think she's too young to go through that. I found out about remineralizing your teeth... I got most of the info from this website. Cure Tooth Decay: Remineralize and Repair Cavities Naturally. Heal Dental Caries, Stop Dental Decay, Cure Tooth Cavities In Teeth Naturally, Reversing Tooth Decay without Drilling, Stop Tooth Cavities With Whole Foods

I'm going get the book for myself for Christmas. It could really benefit my whole family...

I read "Cure Tooth Decay" by Ramiel Nagel. I was impressed by the explanation of tooth decay. It makes so much more sense that decay comes from within, not from what's on your teeth. If it could be prevented by good oral hygiene, then why do people spend increasingly more time and money on cleaning and still end up losing their teeth? He has some very enlightening statistics. The bottom line is, what you eat affects every area of your health, including your teeth!
I really want to buy this book, as I feel it is a wealth of good information! Thanks for reminding me that I wanted to share about this book!
