I would be really interested to make a vertical garden, but I've never happened upon an article yet that tells you how to do it without it all falling down!!

How to Turn a Pallet into a Garden

here is a good link on it! I just picked up a few pallets and was unsure about using them for herbs and such.. but then this blog post popped up on my news feed and it has a link about how to tell the difference between heat treated and fumigated pallets, and I'm excited that the pallets I have are heat treated so I can go ahead and use them!!

This link also goes into, how to get it standing upright.

Very cool. We have a builder's yard and a coal merchant not far away who both sell pallets for next to nothing, so I'd be able to ask about fumigation vs heat treatment too. I think I will make a project of this once baby is born and settled! Thanks for the link!
