For those who work, or if you don't work now you can answer for your last workplace.

What steps does/did your workplace take to be green?

I don't currently work, but the last place I worked at was a Montessori based daycare center. They grew a lot of the food that they served for lunch and snacks in their own garden that the kids helped plant and grow, they recycled, and they used a cloth diaper service and babies used the cloth diapers while they were at the center (they usually came in a disposable and went home in one). They also had limited amounts of plastic toys, most were wood.

We have the bulbs, recycling, lights on timers etc. But since we're a technological company, computers run non stop 24/7.
