I'll start!

make pumpkin people from mini pumpkins.

stack about three pumpkins on top of each other then put a stick through them to keep them together. you can make clothing and hats for them from felt and draw faces and hair on the top pumpkin.

whalaa! fun with the kids naturally
The Lesha, Carwen*Angel and magz88 like this.

The only pumpkins we use here go into pies. lol. The only parts that go to waste are the skin and pulp (I eat the seeds). When we are no longer in an apartment, any left overs will go for the wild animals.

We don't carve pumpkins, mostly because there are no children in our house at this time. I do want to get some of the mini ones and put vampire teeth into them for Reme, his mom will just toss them into the trees behind their house for the animals afterwards.

What she said above! Mini pumpkins are turned into purees and I roast the seeds. We buy one large pumpkin right before halloween for carving and we roast the seeds. I don't really care for pumpkins unless it's for eating. LOVE pumpkin foods.

I love the melted crayon ones!

We carve pumpkins, different designs every year. I will use the innards to cook or sometimes for Hallowe'en/Samhain rituals. Then the shell goes into the green waste which goes to be composted. Boring, but green.
