Do you give sweet treats at Hallowe'en to trick or treaters and/or your own kids?

Do you make these yourself?

Buy healthy sweet treats?

Or traditional sweets?

Looking for some new ideas!

we normally get "spooky" themed sweets from thrift shops. Not at all wholesome, but fun. I was thinking it'd be nice to home-make something, but don't have any recipes for sweets or chocolates.

I buy typical Halloween traditional candy. This year it's M&Ms. We believe Halloween is an exception for heathy stuff for our family. Since DS never gets candy, he should really enjoy this! He won't get much though since we'll just do our small street and the one next to ours (aka, people we know). I expect half of the people won't be home due to work or taking their own kids out. lol.

Honestly, unless I know the person well I won't take homemade treats. Too many ifs for me!
