As single mom's raising kid(s) we have to figure out what to make for kids especially when some between ages 1-5 can be pretty picky that's for sure . They would rather live off of Grilled Cheese & Mac N Cheese during that time being . Then when they get older they are hungry all the time and want more food so how do you know how to make enough food for your child plus you or even your own bf if you have one .

So lets Share Some Recipes to make for kids when they start to eat real table food .

Brendan was pretty picky on eggs as he wouldn't want any cheese in there and no milk in there . He didn't like any seasoning on his egg only liked it with ketchup from 1-4 he prefered only Scrambled Eggs now 5-7 he likes an overeasy egg but the yolk has to be popped while cooking since he doesn't like to taste actual Yolk .

Three of the popular dishes were

Sheperd Pie - Instant Mashed Potatoes Pouch or you can buy own potatoes as in peel & boil then mash up but if I have to do something quick Instant I use and it taste the same .

Veggies that are in cups all you do is pour them into the mashed potato mix it can be all different kind of veggies like diced carrots or/and peas .

Brown the beef in the microwave and then add it to the mash potato mix then heat all together up in the over add some cheese to it .

It will only take about 5 minute prep time and proably 10 minute cooking time .

The 2nd thing is Chicken & Tater Tot Casserole - Prep 10 minutes - Cook 30 minutes

Cut up chicken put in pan , pour cream of chicken soup at least 2 cans add milk then add tater tots mix around add cheese to the top cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

Plus any seperate meats my boy loves to have Garlic on them like he used to not eat plain meat but loves it with garlic seasoning or garlic grapeseed oil.

Pork with a grapeseed garlic oil can make chicken & pork really yummy that even our cat loves it too but don't over do the oiling .
