Ya that's a bit ridiculous. I don't how all that works, but it really shouldn't be that hard. And the people above him should be able to track him down easily.
Apparently because there hasn't been a paternity test yet... the army isn't going to help because until there is a paternity test he has no obligations to support Austin... Can't get a paternity test though if contact with him can't be made.

Wow. So the state doesn't care enough about the care and support of your son by the father enough to track him down and force a paternity test? I thought the army was big on that kind of stuff? Totally ridiculous!
