C/S Court tomorrow morning...

I hate court...it just seems scary. I know the anticipation is going to be the worst part but I can't convince my emotions/adrenaline of that. Last time we had a C/S court session they scheduled it before the divorce was finalized so they just dismissed the case at that point. That was in April or May of 09.... EEK! I am just nervous. The "monthly amount" was dropped from 1658 per month to under 700 per month but that won't take effect until after the court date tomorrow at which point the arrears amount that he will pay monthly will be added onto the 700. I just really don't get it. His income is the same, his time away from Danny is the same, and my income is less. I am guessing it is just to allow arrears to be paid without going over the half his income mark. I will try to update what happened tomorrow afternoon. :/ Danny also has a GI appointment that can either be helpful or just lead to more frustration... :/ I will update on that too...

Will hope that the solution is a good outcome with the c/s and that you can find answers for Danny at the GI appt.

Well...so far C/S court is rescheduled. The judge said she expected we would be there all day because ours is going to take a while and be in depth so she said she recommended changing our court date since Danny has the appointment with the docs to try and decide on a feeding tube today. I will update again after his appointment.

So...The Gi could have gone better but it could have gone worse. We have officially passed the medical knowledge of the GI's in Knoxville and he has sent us to Cincinnati for our routine GI care. We have the local GI for emergencies and checkups every 3 months but our "figure out what is wrong and how to fix it" GI will be Cincinnati. :/ He has a gall bladder test Friday that will last about 4 hours and then gets more labs drawn on Monday. :/ The poor kid just needs a break...
