So, i havent posted much...
But me and my BF are putting an offer on a home with such a steal of a deal!

Im really excited! It has an unfinished basement we would finish how we want .

Plus we found out our mortgage would be about 800 a month! (Thats how crazy price this home is!)

Its a 3 level home! Wish US luck!
Only bad thing is that its a short sale..so could take 2-4 months to find out *ICK*



Hollyann is doing great also.. School is great! And im starting to plan her birthday party ..good gosh 6!

scratch it... they took it off the market..now off to house hunting AGAIN im so frustrated!!!!!!!
