And please, "this thread" doesn't count as an answer

I'm reading "Pillars of the Earth" by Ken Follett. I thought I was going to be reading that for about 5 years because it's huge with tiny letters. But it's so good I'm almost done.
truly recommend it, but bear in mind that lathough ken Follett is a mystery/intrigue writer, this book is completely different.

Just finished Forever Odd by Dean Koontz and now I'm about halfway through Cell by Stephen King. It's pretty good so far, but I guess I hold everything of his to higher standard of the Dark Tower series, which I *loved* so I'm sure I'll be a tiny bit disappointed no matter what!!

LOL! I know what you mean. I try to take out about 3 books at a time. Once I'm finished Omerta, I will start Our Endangered Values, then it's God's Politics. I thoroughly enjoy my reading time.
