I haven't read horror since I was a teen. I'm a wuss with an overactive imagination lol. But I used to love R.L Stein books. Superstitions was pretty good.

Dean Koontz- Intensity. I don't normally think his books are scary but this one is too "real" to not freak you out! It's awesome and they even made a BAD tv movie of it (Lifetime Movie Network maybe?)

I used to love reading horror books, watching horror books when I was younger. I turned into a wuss, too! LOL The one that sticks out in my head is Stephen King's It. That book scared the living daylights out of me. I could not even look at the cover of the book and kept it turned away from me at all times.
