Speed Reading Test Online

950 WPM
82% comprehension

I took this test out of curiosity. I was forced to take a similar test in school because my teachers kept accusing me of lying on my reading logs. I don't remember what I tested then.

Isn't it sad that even with that I'm a horrible speller and probably look stupid when I type a lot more then I realize?

At first glance at your title, I thought how on earth would I know that?!? LOL

Wow, you read fast! My score was 418 WPM and 82% comprehension. Granted DH and the kids were talking and I was a bit distracted; however, I have a tendency to read much slower when it's nonfiction. I fly through fiction.

I can not read nonfiction for the life of me lol. I think I scored a 326 with 82% comprehension. Like Jen I fly through fiction though. I can't get into something like that, it took me forever to get passed the first paragraph lol

Yeah, that and classics. With classics, I enjoy them but I find myself each word slowly.
