Great choice! I have #4 Drums of Autumn in my TBR pile on my night stand. They are huge and a bit intimidating, but so, so good!

Oh, I thought I already answered the question about Outlander. Oops! Outlander is the first book in the series written by Diana Gabaldon. The books aren't easily described as one particular genre. Some consider them historical fiction, historical romance, paranormal, science fiction... It begins with Claire, an English nurse in 1945 who is somehow transported into 1700 Scotland Highlands and her adventures there. Diana Gabaldon is an amazing storyteller. Her books are huge but great reading.
