Anyone heard of it? Anyone subscribed???

I got a letter in the mail from them and it interested me. I'm not big on magazine subscriptions, but this one looks like it might have some skills I could seriously use, so I went ahead and sent it in.

Here's the website: Writer's Digest just in case anyone is interested...

And the topics for this year:

JAN- Write Your Novel Now: Your complete guide to starting--or finishing--your novel.

FEB- Get Creative: No-fail ideas for jumpstarting your imagination all year long.

APR- Succeed as a Writer in Today's Economy: Guide to tax breaks, financial planning, making your passion make money for you, get paid for blogging.

JUN- 101 Best Websites for Writers: Plus how to master your genre, and the do's and don'ts of blending/straddling genres.

AUG- Write & Sell Your Memoir: Mistakes to avoid, things every memoir should have, what the market trends favor in memoir.

SEPT- The Top 10 Issue: The top ten of everything writers need to know, both in the craft and the business of writing.

OCT- Get an Agent: The do's and don'ts of successful agent shopping, what makes a good agent, and how to find the right fit.

DEC- Write Short: The art of the short story.

I would love that magzine! I'll probably just read it online though, I'm not big on buying magazines when I can read it on the internet.

Thank you to the wonderful ladies who mad the blinkies!

"The Lord compensates the faithful for every loss. That which is taken away from those who love the Lord will be added unto them in His own way. While it may not come at the time we desire, the faithful will know that every tear today will eventually be returned a hundredfold with tears of rejoicing and gratitude..... These experiences, while often difficult to bear at the time, are percisely the kinds of experiences that stretch our understanding, build our character and increase our compassion for others."
