What book has disappointed you the most? That you expected to be good based on recommendations or even from looking at the cover or reading the blurb?

The Time Traveler's Wife. It was an okay book, but not as good as I expected it to me.

The Notebook, I watched the movie first, fell in love with the story, but the book wasn't all that

The Labyrinth by Kate Mosse, which was recommended to me but was so boring I didn't make it through the first couple of chapters.

I just finished The lost symbol and it was a huge disappointment. You know there's something wrong with the writing when you're the one who figures out the mysteries before Robert Langdon

I'd heard that about The Lost Symbol. It's my next book club read, so I have to read it. But I tend to figure what's going to happen before it does anyway.

Killing Bella?? Nooo what a lose I really wasn't a Bella fan either in the books. I think its funny when people are like "Bella would never do that with Carlisle". Nope, Twilight Bella wouldn't. WHACW Bella would and does. They may share the character names, but they're totally different and some people can't separate the two.
