Do you have any books that you've always wanted to read but for whatever reason never got around to it?

Definitely!

Offhand, Mein Kampf and Wuthering Heights are a couple of books that I've wanted to read but I have never gotten around to it. The Red Tent and The Help have been on my TBR list for the last couple of years but I haven't gotten around to reading those either.

Unfortunately, I did not finish the book by the deadline but I was pleasantly surprised that I actually really enjoyed the book. Didn't they make a movie out of The Fountainhead? I think I saw it once when I was channel surfing, but the glimpse of it did not make me want to watch the movie. I didn't want to ruin the images I had in my head.....

Oh you're good! It was made into a movie with Gary Cooper, Patricia Neal and Raymond Massey. It looks like Ayn Rand wrote the screenplay so it shouldn't be too bad. Maybe one rainy day.....
