Kim Harrison has released her newest book a month ago and of course i devoured it so i picked up some audio books from the beginning of the series and now i can stop listening to them im going to get the next few to take with me on our spring break vacation
have you listened to anything good? any other recommendations?
I just listened to Leaving Home by Jodi Picoult. It was 3 short stories about parents and kids, read by Jodi Picoult.
I enjoyed it. One, I found out how Picoult was really pronounced. I've been mispronouncing it all these years! And two, one of the stories really hit close to home.
I was also listening to Snowflower and the Secret Fan by Lisa See. I read this years ago, but thought I'd listen to it again. I'm having a bit of trouble trying to find audiobooks to listen to. I have to be careful of the language, making sure it's PG, since the kids are usually around when I'm listening, either in the car or at home. So I knew I didn't have to worry about that with this book. I liked the book and am enjoying the audiobook.
I also just got The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger which I heard was good.
