Emma and I have a love/hate relationship

She irritates me. She is smug and snooty and thinks she knows it all. She tries to orchestrate others lives to her own amusement/plans, even when it is not in their best interests. She is spoiled.

I used to only read this if I had to for a class but I've read it enough times that she has grown on me and while I still don't like her, I can see her potential

If you decide to read it, we should start a thread in the book club and discuss as you go

I've read it too. Was a long time ago. I remember liking it though.

Nope, I am sorely lacking in my classics repertoire. I only read Pride and Prejudice last year....

My goal is to read Wuthering Heights this year.
