Right now I have been on a Haruki Murakami marathon. His books are so interesting! They made 1 into a movie, Norwegian Wood, which I have not seen. But his writing is very postmodern (whatever that means to anyone out there), so the subjects are hard to describe, but his writing is intense and very thought-provoking. He wrote a great book, his only nonfiction, called Underground about the Tokyo Subway Gas Attack which was fascinating.
Anyhow, he has helped me get through the wait for the latest Game of Thrones book which will NOT be coming out this month (I can stop holding my breath!) but in 2 more years. So I need to find more books too. Gotta keep reading!
