After the Fear by Rosanne Rivers

Best book I've read in a decade!

I just finished "My Big Fake Irish Life" by Caitlyn McKenna...it was on sale on my Kindle and I decided to give it a try. It was a cute lighthearted one, easy read. Too much of a far-fetched happy ending though. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy happy endings, but I like realistic ones better.

The last book I read and finished was probably Fifty Shades of Grey. It was a while ago! I really enjoyed it and want to get the other two at some point - for the love story as well as the explicit stuff!

I think it might have been Lady's Hands, Lion's Heart: A Midwife's Memoir by Carol Leonard.
It is a terrific book and I really really really like and recommend it.

That sounds good. I want to read Call The Midwife by Jennifer Worth as well, about midwifery in the past in inner city London.

Persuasion by Jane Austen--I was reading it on my phone whenever I had to wait in line so it took me a while

lol I remember reading Austen for my degree, and I really didn't like it. I did enjoy some classics, but not hers.

I didnt care for Austen when I was younger but love most of her stuff now. Emma and I still have a contentious relationship but at least I tolerate her now ;-)

The last book I read was Year of the Dead by Jack J. Lee. I thought it was pretty good. I got it for free from Amazon for my kindle app so for being a free book I definitely can't complain. I didn't realize until I finished it that it was part of a series, so now it looks like I'll have to purchase the others at some point.

I love paranormal romances. The last book I read was on my kindle and it's a new release called Curvaceous Condemnation by Rose Wynters. It's part of her series called The Endurers. I loved it. In fact, I couldn't put it down until I read it all lol.
