i still have not given my kids the H1N1 vax, but today my friend Natasha who is a naturopath passed this along to me and I found it quite informative and offered some information for helping boost your immune systems more naturally!

Just passing it along..... vaxers might find it interesting too! i dont' know!

I'm not so sure anymore. A friend's daughter lost a classmate last week at age 11.

I am not anti-flu vaccine but want to say that we have seen similar to the above here. Plus when you add in how dangerous this flu is to pregnant women, it is even more worrisome.

That said, there is not enough of the vaccine when we need it anyway, so using other ways to stay flu-free is a great idea.
