[Mama Melissa]

Well we've had these tickets since September! Today we bundled up and drove about 45 minutes north to catch the Santa Train with Nana, Papa, Auntie Lisa, Uncle Jim, Sofia, and Baby Gabriella! It was much colder up there then it is here which shocked me since it's just a 45 minute difference! Here is just some of our pics from our fabulous day!

We forgot our SLR at home so these are as good as it gets with our point and shoot canon.

Jacob waits patiently a little too close to the tracks! It's ok, there's only one train coming and we know it won't be here for another 10 minutes!

All ABOARD!! Here comes the train! That's Mike there getting video footage of the train pulling into the station, Jacob loves trains so he figured Jacob might want to watch it at home!

Jacob can hardly believe it!!! Not long after we pull away from the station....its SANTA CLAUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

A failed attempt at getting a picture of 4 kids 3 and under! My daughter was the instigator too! They gave out big sugar cookies with green iciing and moments before this pic she reached down and snatched one out of Sofia's hands, then Daddy took it away and this picture ensued! We didnt even get Baby Gabby in! Bummer! What followed afterward can only best be described as extreme Diva like behavior which needed to be quickly halted because ummmm HELLO Santa was there and he we don't want Vioelt on the naughty list!!

P.S - DO you love Jacob's bright red upper lip! He wont' stop licking his darn lips!!

Awesome pics Melissa! I especially love the one of Jacob looking out the window - the reflection looks cool, and the one of Violet with the santa hat...so cute! It looks like you had a fun day!
