I was just curious who I can talk to about being depressed..... and like what do I say? I am not really comfortable with talking to people about things like that.

I think I may have depression, anxiety, or bi-polar.... I am not exactly sure what any of these things are... But, I know something is wrong...

My husband is in the Military and I stay at home all day... I don't have my License to go anywhere and my husband leaves before 5am each morning and doesnt get home until late at night, like 7pm... That's not the only reason, but it does play a part.

I was just curious what you thought.....

A couple months before i got pregnant I was diagnosed as being deppresed. I just saw a regualar dr who prescribed me some medications. However after I found out I was pregnant (which was unplanned) i stoped taking the meds.
I wish i was still on them because lately i cry all the time over everything. And the feelings i have are horrible.. So if you ever need to talk email me because your not alone..

As far as who to talk to your next check up just talk to you dr and tell him/her how you feel and they should be able to help you! Talking about your feelings is hard esp if you dont like to but just stay strong it will all work out!
Good Luck!

The first place to start would be your family doctor. I know it is not easy speaking to anyone about possibly being depressed but in the long run it is worth it! I was depressed for years and did not even realize it.

My youngest son was diagnosed adhd and it was through his doctor that I was able to not only get help for Kyle but myself as well. I have been taking wellbutrin for a few years and what a difference! I forgot how good life can be.

I am 6 weeks prego and my doctor has decided to keep me on my meds. She said the depression I would feel combined with all the hormones is not worth it for my well being to stop the meds. She said the effect on the baby is extrememly low.

Again, I know it is not easy speaking up but you will thank yourself later when you get the help you need.

Big Hugs,
~ Missy
