This is a special board....A place where we all can go when we need just a HUG or someone to listen. Even if you don't feel "depressed" or feel "blue" please join in and cheer the rest of us up. The purpose of this board is also to have a common ground and have others who understand and have BTDT with mental health issues or just starting out and need some advice or tips but most of all Support. Now this does not mean you have to be suffering from it. A loved one could be, like a DH/SO/DF or child or another close family member and you just need to come here for support or advice as well. Living with a person with a Mental illness can also be emotional drainning (I been on both sides-so I know!). So Welcome all.
