I have been in therapy since I was 16 or so. That means I have seen a therapist at LEAST once a month and sometimes once a week for the past 12 years. That's a long time. But my therapist and I both agree, it is time to "graduate" from therapy, for at least a little while (basically until I get pregnant and lose it again). So I am only going to see her once every 8 weeks! I'm so excited!!!

Congrats! That's really wonderful! I can honestly say I've never had a therapist tell me that I'm doing good. I always stopped before that point... But it's great to hear that you are doing well. Hope you get your BFP soon! Good Luck!
