eliminate anything from your life to help you feel and/or act better?

For example, I'm making small changes. I'm trying to drink more water so I have better energy and do not feel sluggish. I'm eating smaller portions of food to help me lose a little bit of weight and just in general our societies portion sizes are insane so I guess I'm just eating normal portions now. LOL!


Have you ever eliminated or added something to your diet and noticed mood changes from it?
