I need to stop staying up all night and start going to bed at 11pm or 12am and get up early in the am. I've been staying up til 5am. Let me start... I sit and watch tv or do laundry til like 2 or 3... then get in bed and can't sleep til 4 or 5am. then i don't wake up til like noon then go to bathroom then come in bed and fall asleep til 3pm or 4pm. that has been going on since my cat Ashley's passing.
I have chronic fatigue as well... it's so hard to overcome this!
