I find it difficult at time too...I get short with the older kids and I lose my patience quickly when Angelica is fussy. And there are some days I jsut can't find the Joy that I know I should be feeling for my child.

I'm very short with my DD way too often but I think that has more to do with how much she reminds me of me, in a good way. I'm not as short with DS and poor DD winds up taking the brunt of my moods. I'm trying to do better.
I do find it hard, I am a single parent - so there is no SO for me to take it out on - so Gaby is automatically the first person that I aim any anger etc at.. I HATE that I do it, and never do it on purpose.. Poor kid... I do try to go to my room & let it out in other ways now, becuase i know she's getting to the age that she's going to remember it
