I'm on effexor xr for the depression and anxiety that go hand in hand with it. but nothing directly for the adhd.
i had a wonderful therapist last year, but she left the office. I really didn't like the woman that they matched me with, and so i have to find someone new. I'm pretty picky on my counsellor.

Well my son and my dh both have it. My dh is a smoker- bad I know, but the doc actually said his smoking is what's helping his ADHD. Now I'm not suggesting you take that up I'm just saying that's what helps him.
My son though he is on Concerta and it's been great for him. He's still his normal talkative self but he can focus. You know how some kids get mellowed out like zombies when they take ADHD meds? Ds isn't like that at all. He's on just enough to take the edge off things.
