Nothing interesting really, but working on my vision board... last week was rough for me i was feeling sooo great for a bit there, and then i started to obsess , worry, and focus on things on my mind again for a the past 5 days or so. I see the therapist again on the 9th i think is my appt... but i am doing a lot better i know that much. ( in general ) and thats whats important.. i keep telling myself, i am a good mom, and person, i just have anxiety thats fairly severe, and i m working hard to get through it and i will.
Oh and cant wait for the bachelor tonight!! lol
