I suffer from a traumatic brain injury. It has messed up my short-term memory and other aspects to my memory/brain as well. I suffer from PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder(GAD), depression, insomnia, paranoia, nightmares and so on. As you can see I'm pretty odd this way. My TBI happened just shy of 8 years ago and yet I've noticed that recently more so I'm having more and more issues with recollection. I locked myself out of my bedroom the other day. So while funny can be a tad scary----thankfully I was the only one home and had my phone with me. Anyone know of any tricks to help improve memory? Can anyone relate? I realize this is a bit out in left field. Thank you

Hmm I know there are some games that can help improve memory and If I'm thinking right I think CO Q 10 can help too. If I were you I would google it and see what comes up.

I know that there are a few places on the internet that offer a free sample of it. Might be worth looking into!
