Just wondering if the changing of seasons affects anyones mood/anxiety?

I can not stand Winter and have found over the years I feel more sad and anxious during the Winter months esp if it snows. My mother has the same issue during the Fall months once the leaves start the fall she has to get her medication dose adjusted and then they take her back down after the fall months.

Yes I actually posted something about this on my FB page not too long ago. Summer has been really affecting my moods. My migraines are usually worse in the winter though but I've had a really tough time with my moods this summer.

I have SAD so I hate winter. I grew up in San Diego and was fine, but after joining he military and then becoming a military spouse I have had to live in a lot of cold and snow and the winters mess me up bad. I'm on a few supplements and have a sun lamp so i am hoping this year will not be as bad.
